This year, the traditional Advent concert on the fourth Sunday of Advent, 21 December at 8 p.m., will enchant you with an absolute highlight in one of Berlin's most beautiful churches: ‘In dulci jubilo’ – in sweet jubilation – Christmas choruses from Handel's “Messiah”, Edward Elgar's String Serenade Op. 20, Marco Mihevc's ‘Stern am Himmel’ (Star in the Sky) and works by Michael Praetorius, Johann Sebastian Bach and Johannes Brahms will resound. The Kammersymphonie Berlin supports the Deutsche Oper's Youth Chorus and Children's Chorus in this annual musical celebration for the whole family.
